Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Hmm, interesting, Windsparrow. The tiredness started getting noticibly bad last summer, but it had been there for a few months before that. I had a few months this year, maybe April - June, of feeling somewhat better, then started getting tired again.

One thing that all the blood tests found was that my Vitamin D was low, which can lead to fatigue, but it seems weird that it would get worse in the summer. Although, now that I think about it, I tend to hide from the heat more often than I hide from the cold, so I might actually be spending more time inside in the summer. Looks like we're supposed to have highs above 95 today and tomorrow. And my air conditioning is still barely working.

Sox, I thought we talked about checking your e-mail too early!

hand to heart VW, I didn't mean to. I had that feeling that I should though.

Connie - also glad that you were able to reconnect and that going was a good thing.

And was that feeling right?

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Laura, that reminds me, there is a woman who works at the drive-thru window at the local Starbucks, and she is so sweet and friendly.

Every time I see her, I am reminded of you. She looks like she could be your older sister.

Smooches for Erin. That must take some special kinda sweet and friendly to deal with pre-caffeinated people at a drive-thru window.

No doubt! I worked at a Starbuck's right after grad school, and whenever I had the extreme misfortune to catch an early shift, I was EXTREMELY surly.

I have a dentist's appointment in 4 hours. I get my front teeth fixed! SO EXCITED!

This means we should see smiling Erin pictures soon, right?

Really slow to get moving today. Foolishly read until midnight so getting up at 6 didn't happen, so walking at 7 didn't happen, and so on...

Hopefully! It's gonna take a while to get used to smiling with open lips, though.

I totally forgot I had a dimple, till I was looking at myself smile with open lips in the mirror this morning. I was all "Huh. I got a dimple. It's...kinda cute."
