Motherfucker. I wrote out 4 checks earlier this week. 2 for July's rent and 2 for August's rent and post-dated them. Spoke to SK, former co-worker, she said she would make sure the checks weren't deposited earlier than their dates. Now, ExB had a policy that he always honored the dates on post-dated checks.

Well, he deposited one of the checks early. And quite possibly, depending on how my bank's gonna handle it, FUCKED US in OD fees. Maybe not, but still.

If I do get fucked on OD fees, I'm stopping payment on the two checks for August and reissuing them when I goddamn feel like it - MINUS the OD fees.

Mother puss bucket.

WTF? Why would the bank cash them before the date on the check? If they try to charge you overdraft fees, you should make a big fuss.
