Happy Birthday, Sox!!!
Barb, I've somehow missed meeting you but HI!! HI!!! I love the name Caridad. I don't get people not being able to pronounce it though. Isn't it pronounced basically the way it's spelled? (It was the Spanish class name of my h.s. classmate, Charity. Who was actually Cuban. ha!)
Cute pictures of Taz with the added bonus of TomW's silliness.
(I'm going to be visiting Singapore with friends in early August. Don't suppose there's any chance our visits overlap? 'Cause an Australasian mini-F2F at Raffles over Singapore Slings would be awesome.)
Aww, that would be so awesome!! Doooo eeeeet!
I am awake, even though I contemplated sleeping in very late. I got a solid night of sleep. My friend is still asleep in the living room. I should check my work email. Hrmph.
The landlord is coming with a carpenter early tomorrow to fix the last of the things we asked him to look at. Which is great that he is all proactive and getting stuff done. But sort of bad and that we "unpacked" by sort of just leaving stuff everywhere, and TCG has a late meeting tonight, so I guess it's up to me to not let the landlord know that we're slobs.
Happy Birthday to Sox! (which I first typed Sex, but not sure if today is also the birthday of sex)

This should totally happen, with pictures of course.
I'm doing everything except working today. Really have to fix that, maybe later.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SOX!!!
Awwww, cutie Taz.
Grooonk. Did not want to get up this morning. But I did, and I went for a run, and now I would like to go back to bed now, plz.
I haz an interview next Tuesday! She talked on the phone like it was a done deal even without it. We shall see what we shall see.
I hope it's closer to home than your last job, Sail.
Barb and everyone thanks. Your books have just gone on my list. There is a long train journey in my future which will be a perfect opportunity to read "Accent" and "Adios". Unlike flying where journey discomfort limits what I can read to the most mindless fluff written (can't absorb anything requiring more concentration) on trains I can read anything I care to.
