Yippee it worked! PixK came down to LBC to get out of the house. Went to PF Changs. I wipped out the Amex Gift Cheque, and they took it! (suckers). Did I mention it was given to me in 1997! OMG! See, going through old boxes CAN pay off. Payed off in a yummy meal, tip included with a few quid left over. Thanks Uncle Bob!

So, I've already gone into the city, taken a friend to the airport, run by my place to get a few things, gotten gas, and gotten back out to my house sitting gig to take care of the dogs. And now I'm sitting down to drink my coffee and surf the web. Other people need to get up!

I have a feeling it's probably sleeping deeply. Pity because Im not quite in my right head at the moment and imagine I might be amusing to those who like to point and laugh (in a kind way), I took an Ambien to help me sleep and then realized I had a couple emails I had to get out (business mainly), and that took too long and now I'm finding the keyboard very bothersome. I keep hitting the erong keys and screen feels like it's movig aroud, like it's three diminsional. Note to self: no driving on Ambien, Possibly no unnecessary movement at all. Including typing. I'm cheerfully tired, in a lovely mood. Oh dear. I think I would be that girl a the bar who is unceasingly cheery, yet mostly useless and unpredictable. Yeah, that would be me. I want to sing dreamy Karaoke songs while reclined on a couch or possibly just piles of pillows. Oh, I could sing birthday songs for sj! Consider them sung, love.

Just did a good 4 hours solid of packing/purging since PixK dropped me back home after dinner. So much cooler at night. Made a lot of progress. Still a lot to go, but feeling better about it. I think I got rid of the last of the junk stuff, now it's finish packing, and the dreadful cleaning.

As mentioned to Pix at dinner. Since it's so cheap there, I will do the maid service. I do not want my residence to get this dirty again. Ugg.

OK, off to bed. Big day on Thursday. Pick my car up again with 120k service done, new tires, and my first foray into synthetic oil. After that, find a place to take my papers to be shredded. Then Mom comes up. Hopefully she will be helpful and not stressful. Fun! Wheee!
