Actually, he just e-mailed me. I had e-mailed him some news about something and said that my back was really hurting so I was going to take a pain killer and lie down. He e-mailed me back and asked if he should come over tonight and give me a back rub. Now, he has plans tonight. So, I said I'd love that, but only if he didn't change his plans. I don't want to be that girl either. But, um, I think he's got it as bad as I do. I mean, we have plans to see each other tomorrow.

Yep. As far as I can tell, it's pretty much ground up hemp seeds mixed with water, plus some stabilizers and a few extra vitamins. It's pretty good, but I've only tried the chocolate kind. It seems that hemp has a bunch of Omega-3 and Omega-6 and folic acid.
That one tastes a lot like Rice Milk (because it's rice sweetened), and the vanilla's also good. I like the Manitoba Harvest Hemp Bliss for a hempier taste (hemp is yummy, in a seed sort of way). When I'm on a hemp milk kick, though, it's whatever's on sale.
Any side benefits to the hemp milk? nice little buzz maybe?
