I slept till 11:30 this morning and dear me, did it feel good. I know I needed it. I haven't been falling asleep until 2 or 3 all week and have been getting up at 8 or 8:30. I feel much better now.
And, I've only been up 1.5 hours, but I've vacuumed the whole house and cleaned the kitchen cabinets. I even moved the couch to vacuum under it and found about 10 cat toys under there.
Now drinking coffee. It's a good day.

me too! it took me a day or two because i had to do it in spurts, but i was determined. i think i started reading around the time vw was preparing for her first date with CBD.
A couple of other people have mentioned similar things to me. If only my OB/GYN would, you know, CALL me with an actual diagnosis, I'd feel better.
