Wow, when there's only one screen of posts between when I last checked before bed and when I first check in the morning is a great indication that I did not get enough sleep. I didn't set my alarm! I was just going to sleep in. But, no. My body thinks 5:00 a.m. is an appropriate waking time.
Oh! I found out at the doctor's office yesterday that I've lost 16 pounds since last August! I know it's not a terribly large amount for 10 months, but I'm on so many meds that make it difficult to lose, so this is actually kind of huge. I'm so thrilled! I hope I can keep it up!
Lastly, I drunk-dialed the boy last night. That was kind of humorous. I could hear his friends laughing in the background. Oops.
