[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

That is so freaking awesome. And what a relief it will be for you. You'll only be juggling 683 things instead of 684.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

hey Hivemind- Have you tried the Gevalia Cafe membership? Was it worth it? (My roommate wants a coffee maker)

Our wings are not tired.

Laga, we had one (still get the coffee, as housemate loves it). The coffeemaker was okay, and the coffee is good. Probably much cheaper to just buy a French press or a coffee maker that won't break down after one year like the Gevalia one did. Also, thrift shops have TONS of coffee makers, most in good condition.

Mom had one of their coffee makers that broke down after a year too.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Deep and mindful breaths, Suzi.

Omnis--basically, if you don't know up front you're going to need COBRA, don't buy it. If it turns out you need it, buy it then. Best insurance ever.

Seriously.

Tomorrow:

  • Work 4-6 hours (nailing down transfer stuff at work and keeping up with my work)
  • Go to Credit Union and get info on car loans
  • Go to leasing office and hopefully get that wrapped up with a bow
  • If the lease is set, go by local Elementary school and get registration information
  • If the lease is set, go to other apartment complex and get back a check I had left to hold a very basic 3 bedroom unit which was my fall back plan (but it had no garage and no storage space).

After that? Nicole and I get to play on Saturday. I'm even thinking of looking into catching a Rookies game.
