Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Seems to me that it's just filling out the customs card early. This just enables them to centralize the information.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Seriously? Seriously?! You already take my frigging photo and fingerprints! How's about I just bend over and let you go town back there?

Ugh. I feel your pain, Jars. (well, sort of.)

I know, but at least the other way I can pretend to myself that a foreign government isn't keeping tabs on me in a big computer somewhere.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just bought a bag of frozen edamame with a big picture of Dora the Explorer on it! I had edamame on my shopping list anyway, then I saw the Dora package and figured why not. Though I just realized that this is actually a big bag containing lots of little portion-sized bags, which was not what I wanted. Oh well.

I love those - they're great to take to work. (I think the non-portioned ones from that maker will have Spongebob instead of Dora on them, FYI.)

I guess? It never really occurred to me. But they are precooked.

alas I am making some very unhealthy soup for dinner. It's an old family recipe and I need comfort food but now I wish I had some yummy healthy edamame for lunch instead of more microwave burritos... oh wait I might have one more bowl of tabatchnik mushroom soup in the freezer.
