Quick grammar question:
I'm finally writing the letter to that company that stole my business idea. Which is correct:
It is my hope that we can come to an amicable resolution to this matter without disruption to your business or of your business.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"of," bonny.
I think.
I agree.
Excellent, thanks.
I'd written of, but you know how something just doesn't look right?
Cheers!
Dr. just called back, and told me that I'm doing everything right (by stopping the steroids and taking benedryl). He said that as long as I'm breathing (i.e., my throat hasn't swelled shut), to keep taking benedryl and call him back next week so he can decide what to do about my wrist.
He doesn't want to start another steroid until this reaction is shut down, which makes sense. So, great. I get to spend this long weekend in a benedryl coma. But if it works, then I'll do it. (Didn't I say the same thing almost verbatim 2 days ago about taking steroids? Jeez.)
wow. I finally brought a hard drive of my own to work to back up the shows I've designed here while the work drive works (what can I say, I'm a bit HD crash-phobic now). Holy cow! I've done more work than I thought, and some of these show files are HUGE! I think I can count this drive as all but full very shortly.
Oh, Steph. That's sucky. Hang in there.
Yay raise for Suzi! Boo allergic reaction for Teppy! Yay first day at shiny new job for Aims! Boo fire alarm for meara! Yay new work for Sean!
I'm missing stuff, I know.
Today is already forever long.
Sean, that is awesome news! Maybe you can use that to work for Verizon as the FIOS the nation.
I'm really happy about the new job. It's not in theater/entertainment, but it's a semi-related skill to the rest of the work I do, and at $30 an hour, even with just two or three days a week, I no longer have to nervously rely on random overhire gigs to get by, but I can take them when I want to.
Today is already forever long.
It really is. I give it two thumbs down.
