Ah, of course! Many many congrats, so very glad that you are moving on. I totally understand, i would also have followed the greatest boss ever to the ends of the earth. Or even Texas. Don't kill yourself with the packing, see if they'll help foot the bill for movers (i.e. relocation costs).

Omnis, congrats on the new job! See, this is where being a Buffista rocks, because we HAVE people in Dallas. You WILL know people besides your new boss. Check out the map and you instantly have happy hour buddies! Off the top of my head, I think that Dana and Daisy Jane are in Dallas, and they both are awesome.

Dana is in Houston, but Daisy Jane is indeed in Dallas.

I think I've been bogarting the motivation. I've gotten a ton of cleaning done at work the past couple of days. I cleaned the costume storage room, props storage room, my office, and have been going through my filing cabinets. I have a ton which is great (6, 4 drawer ones), but the guy before me kept a ton of crap. I cleaned out a bunch of them in August, but am just now getting around to the last one. And, I'm rearranging some things to make the things I use the most the most accessible.

Got all my grades done today, too. Whee!!!

Today was my last day teaching. The kids come back Monday for a 1/2 day then I'm done Monday afternoon. Woot!

if I need to get in better shape before starting the class

I will say that while it is usually the case that being in the best possible shape will make the ensuing class more easy to enjoy, missing the class because of not being in "good enough" shape results in a distinct lack of enjoyment, probably even when compared with the status quo.

Don't let not having exercised be a reason to not exercise. You're just vicious circling yourself out of a good time, especially since you're probably using not having done ick exercise as a reason to not do fun exercise.
