If we play treachery cards into the check could a cylon with Sabotage use it to damage galactica?

No; that only applies if you discard a Treachery card. Playing them into a check is safe from Sabotage.

Actually, forget what I said about the TANK vote. It's been suggested that players dump Treachery if the check is tanked, so I'd still need orders from everyone. Asit happens, I already have some orders, first and foremost being passes on interrupts from everyone. Helo is going to play first. (I've received COs from Helo too, but don't feel able to determine the condition on which they're predicated.)
