Well, we definitely can't afford the risk to population. We don't gain anything at this stage of the game on the skill check pass, but yeah, -2 morale is steep. I could only help a little with the check.

it would be an excellent time to clear our hands of Treachery cards.

Would that work? Wouldn't we trigger some of the negative effects of the Treachery cards? I suspect I still insufficiently understand them.

The negative effects of Treachery cards are only triggered if the skill check has been made Reckless by playing one of the new interrupts. If the check is not Reckless, then you can add all the Treachery you want without triggering their effects (of course, it makes it fairly likely you'll fail the check).

I've secretly replaced billytea with a modified cheat from Grand Theft Auto: Caprica so that when all human players post TANK, they summon a tank that rolls over everyone and shoots up Galactica.

Let's see if they notice.
