Spike: I'm not a monster. Xander: Yes! You are a monster. Vampires are monsters! They make monster movies about them! Spike: Well, yeah. Got me there.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I'd just like to add, you guys are managing a fantastic pace here. When I went to bed last night, we were just about to start Laura Roslin's turn. We've done 2 full turns, and Starbuck's orders, over a single day. They were pretty eventful turns too. I reckon this is on track to be the fastest game yet. (Especially impressive given there's all the new Pegasus paraphernalia to deal with.)

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

BSG

Pass on interrupts.

At Any Cost 5
Launch Scout 2

Tally: 29 - 0 = 29. Pass! Food increases by 1, and Starbuck gets her Perrier.

Next, the raiders activate. There's only one left in a threatening position; it fires:

Die roll = 2. Fail.

Its buddies march in from Sector 1 to join it. Finally, the Jump Prep track advances. That concludes Starbuck's action sequence-filled turn. Dee has opted to draw Blue. Dee, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Well, this is a pickle. I too am on my phone right now. We seem to be at an impasse. Who will break first?!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

In a world where a cylon and a game master are on the phone...

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

...doom awaits, but none know in what shape it will arrive. None but the phones. Will our plucky heroes survive? Or will the ringtone of PAIN soon sound?

Well, I think we all knew that in a contest between Melbourne and LA commutes, there was really only one possible outcome. Hey, did you know that Pegasus adds a new Cylon attack Super Crisis? This is not that attack. This is:

Massive Assault

Oh, the humanity. First things first: the existing basestar activates, firing on Galactica! (Or Pegasus!)

Die roll = 8. Hit! But where? Dee-3PO, which ship would you like to damage?

Whilwe we await an answer, heavy raiders also activate. We have a couple on the board; they sidle up a little closer. One, in fact, is primed to board. You also have a Centurion that Dee left for you when she revealed. (I don't know where she'd been keeping it. Aren't there weight limits on crew luggage?) It advances one space.

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for! Let's add some new ships. We already have a basestar, so only one new basestar gets added. Dee has chosen Sector 3. Finally - and this is the part that really hurts - I'm afraid you've experienced a power failure. The jumptrack is set back two spaces.

Crew of Galactica, I give you Anastasia Dualla, former comrade and Lady of Pain.
