Giles: I'm sure we're all perfectly safe. Dawn: We're safe. Right. And Spike built a robot Buffy to play checkers with. Tara: It sounded convincing when I thought it.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Wow. A lot happened while I was at work.

The advantage to XOing me over launching the nuke would be I could have moved to Sector 1 and drew the fire that's about to come down on all those Civvies.

This is going to suck.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

My sincere apologies for the delay, I had to go to uni over my lunch break. We now return to your regularly scheduled slaughter. The Pradmiral has chosen to allow the hoarding to continue. 2 Food has disappeared from the supply chain. Next, the raiders activate. It won't make any difference in which order they get activated, so let's get the pain out up front. The raiders in Sector 1 activate, destroying civilian ships A, B, C and F. Contents:

Ship A: 1 Pop, 1 Fuel
Ship B: 1 Pop
Ship C: 1 Pop
Ship F: 1 Pop, 1 Morale

Ouch. The fifth raider heads for Sector 6, where its four compatriots are firing upon the viper cluster. (Starbuck, feel free to send me EM COs.)

Raider 1: 4. Miss.
Raider 2: 2. Miss.
Raider 3: 6. Viper damaged.

We'll pause here for possible EMs.

With Command damaged, I'm going to be the only one capable of attacking raiders, outside of the weaponry on one of the capital ships, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to play it conservative with my EMs, guys.

I've heard from Starbuck, and the result stands. 1 RSV damaged. Final roll:

Raider 4: 4. Miss.

Finally, the jump prep track advances. That concludes Gaeta's turn. Starbuck has opted to draw Green for her optional card draw. As Starbuck begins her turn in space, she may move and take two actions. Starbuck, when you're ready, please post your orders.

No XO draw, again.

Okay, let's clear the skies a bit. I play Maximum Firepower 3 to shoot the Raiders in Sector 6. I'll hold my second action until I see the results of the first.

Pass on interrupts.

Starbuck opens fire!

Attack 1: 1. Miss.
Attack 2: 7. Hit!
Attack 3: 6. Hit!
Attack 1: 7. Hit!

Expert pilot is expert. 3 raiders down, 2 remaining. What would you like to do for your second action?

I will fire on one of the remaining raiders in my sector.
