I'm going to use my OPG to DRAW the top three cards from the Purple deck and go for the escape the brig skill check.

That is correct. Scientific Research can make Blue positive; At Any Cost can make Treachery positive.

If someone plays At Any Cost, the effects from the 'Reckless' are still effect for Treachery cards, correct?

That is correct. They will help you pass the check, but there may be a cost to it.

Dee has added the three cards just drawn to the skill check. She has also played an SR-3 as an interrupt; Blue is now positive.
