What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG

Is the party on the Hangar Deck?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG

Nah it's near the airlock. This hot blonde in a red dress invited me.

Oh, I know her! She's very trustworthy and not at all apt to kill you.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I don't think there's any reason you need to be in the Brig, Dee, unless Madame President knows something I don't.

However, I think you were just unfortunate enough to be the logical person to Brig. (Well, you or Ellen.) Roslin wasn't going to Brig herself, I've proved myself trustworthy, I think, and Brigging Gaeta would have made you Admiral, and at the moment he hasn't done anything to arose suspicion either. So it made sense to leave him Admiral by not brigging him.

Our wings are not tired

BSG

That makes some sense. So what is the process for getting me out of here?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

The usual process for escaping the Brig is a skill check (7YP). The person in the Brig needs to take an action to activate the check. If it passes, they may move anywhere in Galactica. There is also a Quorum card that can release someone from the Brig, and of course Gaeta's OPG would have allowed him to escape the Brig without spending cards. It doesn't work for anyone else though.

Meanwhile! Last turn the President locked up Petty Officer Dualla. What else has she been up to? The Admiral has his suspicions.

Admiral's Choice

Admiral Gaeta, when you're ready, please post your choice.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

BSG

Those elections were completely aboveboard!

But, actually, as long as Ellen isn't a cylon (I need a shorthand for that sentiment) giving her the Presidency might not be a bad idea. Gets the quorum cards usable sooner, which might be handy.

Not great for me, but possibly good for Team Human. Possibly disastrous for Team Human, but isn't everything?

I'm really hesitant to do anything that transfers titles until we're sure where people stand.

Huzzah! Then Engine Room did what it was supposed to do and this is actually not a horrible crisis. I have no reason to suspect Roslin any more than anyone else and a random discard has a pretty good chance of being a very low value card. I choose option 2.

The Admiral has chosen option 2. His discard is:
