I figure, if we don't pass, I can either brig Felix and have him do his trick to escape and be Admiral again, or I can pick someone at random and have a 25% chance of brigging the cylon. I've got no particular reason to doubt anyone's humanity at this point.
OTOH, it's a pretty low target if y'all want to make sure we don't brig the wrong person/tie up Gaeta for his turn.

I can barely help at all with the check & if I do there's a chance I won't be able to xo someone on my turn.
I honestly have no clue who our cylon is and at this point I think it's not Ellen. But I've been wrong before. If I end up in the brig at the beginning of my turn that would kind of suck, but it's easier for me to get out than anyone else.
