While we're at it, this card activates raiders, which means one of the RSVs in Sector 5 is going to get fired on. Starbuck and Helo, you can send me COs for Evasive Maneouvres.
BSG
While 2 resources for one is a bad deal, we've also been taking a lot of hits to the morale and we've managed to 1 distance without spending any fuel, so I'm kind of leaning towards option 1. But neither choice really strikes me as a "Choose monkey" sort of thing.
BSG
Yeah, I can think my way to Option 1 being more sensible, but my gut says Option 2. So I think I'll go with my gut this time and choose Option 2.
We are still very sad to be missing our Admiral, after all.

We are still very sad to be missing our Admiral, after all.
It's understandable, the targetting systems don't really work at that range, and he has a whole planet to hide on.
Morale drops again. That's 2 Morale you've lost so far over one Admiral. Frankly he's turning out to be a bit of aliability. Fortunately, I can provide you with a distraction, as the remaining raider in Sector 5 opens fire on an RSV:
Die roll = 6. Viper damaged! I have COs from Helo and Starbuck to pass on interrupts. The result stands.
The other raiders move up the queue, and more raiders emerge from both basestars. Finally, the jump track advances again. That concludes Starbuck's turn. I'm sending Dee's cards out. Dee, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Am I the only one who draws blue?
BSG
No, Dee draws Blue as well, and Starbuck has the option to do so.
BSG
ah cool. I'll stay over here on Pegasus then, unless I'm needed otherwise.
BSG
I can draw either 1G or 1B. Dee also draws Blue.
I would say we have one of three options here.
1) Jump the frak out of here, preferably with a Strategic Planning on the roll. (Unfortunately, I don't have one, or I'd offer it.)
2) XO me to try to clear out some raiders.
3) XO Ellen to fire on the basestars (starting with the damaged one) twice.
If we stick it out in the hopes of another jump icon and decide to XO Ellen instead of me, I can keep the raiders from destroying any civilians for one activation, though we may still end up down two more vipers and with me in sickbay, depending on how they roll.
I would say no matter what else we do this turn, if we don't jump, we've got to do it next turn. The skies are just way too crowded at the moment.
