I think that's right. This is an area that's a bit ambiguous the way it's written, and megan ruled the other way. I've committed to running this game per the FAQ, so to keep everything consistent, I'll stick with this ruling.

(Note: if you have the chance to draw extra cards during the game, the ruling is in the other direction. You are limited to your own colours unless otherwise stated, but not to the amount you normally draw.)
