I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

BSG

Well, when I actually look at my cards rather than remembering them (wrong, as it turns out) I can't guarantee maximum ass-whuppage after all. Chief to Command is looking the better choice.

Okeedoke. I play an XO-2 on the Chief. Chief, you have the run of the ship.

Okay, I have a move and an action, right? So that means I have to move to Command and then launch an additional viper in sector 6 for the action? No actual shooting involved this turn. And then on Baltar's turn stuff might move toward the civvies, and on Helo's turn we'd attack with the vipers?

BSG

That's correct, although a single activation of Command lets you launch two vipers.

Ah. Ok. One in each launch sector then? Can I do that? Should I?

You can do that. The raiders will go to Sector 6 first, so you could put both new vipers there. Placing one in Sector 5 could come in handy if another attack card puts a basestar further back, though.

Ok. I move to Command and activate it, launching two vipers into Sector 6.

I guess we can always move them later if we need to and they survive. Immediate threat first, I think.

And that threat is immediate. Someone has been up to no good--your water has been sabotaged and raiders are on their way.

Water Sabotaged (13YGP). Details on the way.

I choose the skill check, and play an IC-4 as an interrupt. Food's getting a bit low, I think we're better off spending the cards to pass this. The jump icon's a welcome sight too.
