Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

well at least you used up lots of cards.

Yep, including the interrupts we spent 35 points, 14 cards in total (half our holdings). That was a monster check. (I quite like the Super Crisis mechanism, it makes the game more interesting for the Cylons, and gives the humans one more thing to worry about. The Pegasus expansion adds five more Super Crisis cards, and Cylons can pick up extra SCs. I had one game where the Cylons drew five SCs between them, played four of them, and still lost.)

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

BSG

Hmmm. Holding back a DE to bait the Cylons into playing into the check. I wonder where I saw that one before?

Oh, well. I had a feeling you guys were going to pass it with the number of cards you had and the fact that only Yellow was negative (I was actually suprised that Destiny was negative, even if only barely so.) but I doubted I'd see a better time to use it.

BSG

Wheee, that was exciting!

Now let's get out of here. Pradmiral, did you say something about helping with jump prep? Should I wait for that or go ahead?

Sadly, I don't think we can wait any longer. Especially with Starbot's turn next, we can't defend the civvies as it stands. Whether you XO the Chief to do it, or decide to go hands-on, I think we need to jump now.

Right. Well, then I think I will stay here in the Armory and hope my aim improves shortly, and play an XO-1 on Chief Tyrol to fire up FTL.

Gotcha. I move to FTL and jump us the frak out of here, risks be damned.

Helo, do you have an SP for this or shall I do the honours?

BSG

Using the FTL at jump track 3 requires a die roll to see whether or not you lose 3 population. Please post if you want to play interrupts.

Sigh. I must leave it up to you. I stand by with my reroll, though, of course.

No problems. I play an SP-3 on the die roll.
