As an FYI: Per his request, I am waiting on a final decision on Helo's OPG (reversing the crisis decision, and thereby forcing Baltar to discard 5 cards) before I post the end-of-turn summary for Baltar's turn.

ETA: OPG x-post!

Yeah, I was convinced last turn too, but like a dope didn`t say anything. I actually think the OPG might not be a bad use here, although I don`t know what we have coming up. The gain is not that huge, but it`s a unique opportunity with the cards. It`s likely Starbuck will be stirring up trouble on her turn, too, so that`s another thing to keep in mind.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

So, that would be a no on using my OPG at this time? Because that would cut his hand in half and make deposing and/or brigging easier for us, right?

The timing isn't bad for helping neutralise his hand, it's true. I'm not too worried about saving that point of Food, but forcing him to discard half his hand doesn't suck. Of course, he'll choose his discards, so no doubt he'll toss the cheaper cards and keep the better ones, but still.

BSG

Hm. Well, I think, all things considered, I'll save the OPG for potentially direr straits.

Carry on GM

Helo was kind enough to leave COs, and has chosen to MOVE to Admiral's Quarters and XO-1 Adama.

Your move, Admiralissimo.

ETA: Just noticed that Chief is already in the Admiral's Quarters. Helo, do you want to amend those COs?

So he is! Hi, Chief, looks like you have things well in hand here, don't forget to fluff the pillows. I'll head over to the Hangar Deck, instead.

What? Err, oh, hello! I was just, umm, straightening up.

Hey, Helo, did you know the Admiralissimo knits? Look at this skein of yarn I found under his nightstand!

Booties for all the sons he never had? Or perhaps daggit protectors. You can knit those, right?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I got a lovely scarf.
