Yeah, I have to say I agree with the Admiral's assessment. (It probably was a tough weekend, but I still think you're a Cylon, Starbuck!) In fact, I'd come to the conclusion independently, since I knew what I'd played, but felt I could not pursue as I would be the other logical suspect. I feel obligated to say that since there were two blues played in that round, that while the numbers implicate Starbuck, they do not exonerate me, and it would have been possible for me to have also played a negative card and also be a Cylon. But I'm not.

But I mention it because although I would support a brigging, I would understand if you chose not to use me as the method to do so. But I'll do it if you need me to, and have cards relevant to that pursuit.

BSG

Oh, right, I discard R1 to move.

Whaddaya say, Baltar?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

In Starbuck's defense, she did use a max firepower on those raiders when she could have just taken a single shot and we really wouldn't have been any wiser.

That said, her offering to help in the latest Crisis, and then withdrawing said help once an IC was in play does seem mighty suspicious. And I definitely know I didn't spike the Witch Hunt check, so I'm good with the Admiral's logic.

Admiral Adama, I'd like to have a word with you about Lt. Thrace. I realize she's our best pilot, and she did admirably during that last attack, shooting all those Cylon raiders, (and she's rather hot to boot. Think I could convince her to bleach her hair?) but the Quorum is up in arms about her behavior. She promised them she would handle the balloons for Colonial Day, but I know I didn't see any balloons. Did you? How can you have a Colonial Day without balloons? I mean, we all pulled together and managed, obviously, but the Quorum was deeply offended by the lack of them. They demanded she be dealt with at once. [shows Adama the Arrest Order signed by the Quorum.]

I know. I felt the absence of those balloons... I felt it deeply. Oh yes, it was +1 Morale for the rest of the fleet, but -3 Morale for its Admiral. It's a pain that you couldn't understand, if you never had children. Or had a compulsion to form paternal relationships with near-strangers at the slightest provocation.

Helo, may I commend to you the course of playing an XO on President Weeeasel. Especially with our cards so heavily depleted, it's the cheapest way we have to protect the fleet from the machinations (see what I did there? Oh yes, even in the throes of his grief, Adama can still bring it) of the Cylon Starbuck.

I agree with this course of action. And I respect the admiral like a father, which everyone but him can see, with me here, all loyal and attentive and occasionally emotionally reckless, never getting flighty and stuck and having to find his way home, or being made of metal, even though he never notices, I'm just here cleaning up everyone's messes, and he just loves those pilots, doesn't he. What? No, I didn't say that out loud. What I said was, I agree with the Admiral's suggestion. Like I always do. Mostly. Except when he's wrong.

Chief, have I told you that-- What I mean to say is, did I ever mention to you that, um, it looks like someone spilt some motor oil on the hangar deck. You should take care of that when you get a moment.

Ok then. As previously mentioned, I discard the R1 to move to the Press Room.

For my action I play a G2 to XO President Baltar.

Gods guide us all to justice.

This nifty thing where I get to do something on my turn is pretty sweet.

It will get even sweeter when you get to do stuff on my turn too. Essentially, if no one else XOs you before my turn, I'll do so, and you can work the Press Room a couple of times, or both hit up the press and send out a scout.
