Chief Tyrol plays first in this check, and Starbuck plays last (the current player always plays last). This is a 10 YG check; that means that yellow and green cards count positive, but purple, red and blue cards count negative and reduce our total. Our target is 10; we need all the positive cards, minus all the negative cards, to equal 10 or more.

In addition to the cards we play, the Destiny Deck will put n two cards as well. If anyone had played an Investigative Committee, we would get to see those cards before playing anything. As it is, they ar an unknown amount, that could (in theory) do anything from adding 10 to subtracting 10. (Usually it makes a much smaller impact.)

Here's the order in which we play. If it's not your turn to play yet, you can still send conditional orders to the GM. (You can make it something like "If there's already been at least four cards played, I play X; if there's only been three cards or less, I play Y".)

Destiny: 2 cards
Chief:
Adama
Baltar
Helo:
Starbuck

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Wait, is it YG or YGP?

Oops, sorry. I'll edit. (PS: how many cards did the Chief play?)

I was waiting to see if the answer to Helo's question upthread affects Chief's COs.

Regrettably, I still only have my starting cards, and can't play much here.

Becuase there are more negative colours than positive, Destiny has a 1 in 3 chance of playing two negative cards here. That means that if we want to be reasonably sure of saving our Morale, we may need to aim for about 14 points.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

But if they're a Cylon -- hey, omnis, you still around? Want to tell the boys and girls what happens when you XO a Cylon?
:: sigh :: I will never live that down, will I? How naive of me. To think a military order is An Order! Nope. Think of an XO as a voluntary forfeiture of your turn.

(And yes, I am a little jealous that you had pass on interrupts within 30 minutes. :: sigh :: )

It is in my top 5 Great Moments in Sport, yes.
