Ok, that killed the thread? I don't know whether to be embarrassed or award myself 500 XP.
ya, there lies the problem with the GM playing a character. the GM always over-rewards themselves.
I would have kept posting but I had to go home and some asswipe broke my keyboard.
I played Call of Duty 4 for about five hours straight last night. That game is hard. But fun. With the killing and blowing shit up.
I have got to try some of the Call of Duty series. I've really enjoyed the Medal of Honor series, so it seems like Call of Duty would be in the same vein.
What's impressive is the variety of gameplay. One mission is a straight-up assault on buildings, and then you get to blow shit up and provide cover fire from a helicopter, and then you're on a stealth sniper mission à la MGS. You never know what the next level is going to be like.
Anyone have prefs for Windows based video chat client?
It wasn't until I pasted that in the posting box that I grokked the "video" part.
Nonetheless, I will recommend (voice-only) Ventrilo. We've used it for tabletop gaming online.
ION, does anyone else play TtR online?
