Some quick points of interest:

29 jump icons

18 non jump icons

longest jump streak = 7 in a row

longest non jump streak = 3 in a row (twice), second time was at very end.

Only 5 crisis cards put bad guys on the board.

The next crisis card did not put bad guys on the board, but 3 of the following 4 would have!

Y'all lucked out with "33". (Billytea can explain if you like)

Only 10 more Crisis cards that were not used or buried.

13 crisis cards were buried (either by Scouting or by Cylons with two crisis cards to pick from.)

Everyone started out human.

One of your Cylons was both a sympathizer AND a Cylon

Next crisis card was a jump advance, and was a skill check you could have passed, and destiny would have helped even!

3 Quorum Cards were played, 8 were drawn that were not played.

All your raptors were destroyed

The civilian ships in the air right now:

  • A is a decoy in sector 4
  • B has Population AND Morale in sector 5
  • C & D are both one population ships.

We never had a boarding party.

You had excellent luck shooting at Basestars.

Neither of the Cylons used Once-Per-Game abilities.

Humans had very forgiving die rolls (sorry, spreadsheet doesn't keep a log of those, so can't give specific details).

Investigative Committee was used the majority of the time, a total of 13, out of 28 that had a skill check. That is about 54% of the time.

Cylon #1 revealed in 4.4, Cylon #2 in round 4.6

On one of the jumps, where Helo got to pick, two of the three choices were the same card.

All in all, a very close game. There were several times when I thought it could have gone either way. Team Human really came through in the end. Well, almost. But the fact it came ONE CRISIS CARD away from winning, is about as close as you could, unless you went for the suicide jump.

Still happy to volunteer to GM. Thanks, Omnis, for doing it this time around.

Everyone started out human.

I had suspected this, but wasn't sure about Apollo. Good to have it confirmed.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Excellent game everybody. So interesting we all started out human.

Thanks, omnis.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Oh, wow. What a finish! They don't get any tighter than that. Commiserations to team Human. You played a solid game, I really thought you were going to make it. Those last two crises in a row were just terrible luck, and with Destiny double negative for both of them. If you'd had the Jump Failure before the Unidentified Ship, you'd have pulled it off.

Apollo! We shall raise a glass together of that thing you like. Victory has fallen into our laps. When you revealed, I thought our best shot was going to be through attack cards, since only Helo was left to manage piloting duty. In the end, it was the loss of Purple, Red and Blue skill cards that did them in.

Many thanks to omnis for running this game, you did a stellar job. I like the write-up at the end. What was the next Crisis? Oh, and where was Raiding Party? Was it coming up?

Billytea, for future reference, can you send me the files I need to run the next iteration?

Thanks all for your patience, with my first foray into GMing, and battling the nuances of the tracking spreadsheet.

Next was BOMB THREAT

Raiding Party was buried in 4.2. It would take 15 turns for it to come up. Boarding Parties by you in round 6.

There were only 7 scouting missions that buried crisis cards. Cylons buried 6 while choosing one of two cards to play. I think if team human had done more scouting missions, it might have won.

I can send you the current one. I've done some set up so there is some automation for end of turn wrap ups, as those were the most time consuming.

I can indeed, I'll do so tonight (hopefully). You have a choice of files. I set up an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of the game. It's basically manual, but pretty reliable. Then there's the OpenOffice spreadsheet set up for use on boardgamegeek. A lot of it's automated, and it generates a full game record. It is more complicated though, and can be difficult to work with at times. I can send you either or both.

Thanks both of you. Please send whatever you have. When the time comes, I'll probably have the actual board set up as a double check for either.

Yes, this! I highly recommend this, either way.

Great game everyone. I really didn't think team Cylon was going to pull that one out. It was about as tight as can be.
