I think we've got to change it if we think we have a shot at passing. Even if we don't, it may be worth changing. We can't really afford to take both a resource hit and lose ground on the jump track at this point. If we've got to take the population hit, I'd rather be boarded than lose jump prep.
That said, I am concerned about us seeing another Food or Water shortage when it's a Cylon turn and us having no way to avoid losing food and thus the game. I don't know how many of those are cards are left in the deck.
ETA: I can help a lot with the check, though it will cost me most of my cards again.
I think the colors are in our favor, as the toasters probably only have Red cards they can spike the check with. I don't recall either of them drawing much Green, if any.

But neither is a skill check, so we wouldn't be able to do much about them otherwise.
BSG
Well, go big or go home, right? I use my OPG to reverse Apollo's decision and choose the skill check on this one.
BSG
Do we get to know that?
We do; all discards are open. (That changes in Pegasus, where the rejected Crisis is put on the bottom of the deck instead of being discarded.)
BSG
The discarded Crisis Card is "Missing G4 Explosives".
Now, as I understand it, because this regular crisis card was played by a Cylon, the Jump Track and Activation segments of the Networking Computers crisis are **NOT** in effect. So that begs the question, since the PASS has a boost the Jump Track, is that in addition to the jump icon? I think it is. So you will not get a double jump track if you pass. And you will not get any if you fail.
We have pass on interrupts from two folks. Tigh has no cards, so I will say that is a pass from him. That leaves Chief. What say you, sir? Do you have any interrupts you wish to play?
Take all the time you need, as I am currently obsessing over the Super Crisis outside my window (apparently 1 officer down as well as 1 civvie).
Wow, I hope everything's okay, Megan. I assume it is since you've been posting, but still.
(Tangentially, I work near Johns Hopkins Hospital and was watching the police cordon everything off with the shooting last week--really scary stuff.)
BSG
.... I wish I could help, guys. Good luck.
BSG
Ah. Didn't realize Cylon-played crisis cards don't have a jump prep step. That's annoying.
I hate to make this check blind, but I think we're better served to use the value of the card.
I pass on interrupts.
BSG
Excellent. We have passes on interrupts. Destiny has two cards into the check. Now onto the players. I have CO's for Boomer and Zarek.

Destiny Deck: 2 cards
Boomer: 1 card
Zarek:3 cards
Helo:
Tigh:

Apollo:
That brings up Helo. What says you?
