I move to Caprica. For my action I draw two super crisis cards (I then get to choose which one of those two I want to play and the other gets discarded, correct?)

On Caprica, you can either trade in your Super Crisis card for another, or draw two regular crisis cards (and yes choose which one to play).

I was wrong, Caprica is play your SCC or draw two regular CC. Resurrection ship is where you can trade your cards. Since you had already moved, I assume that doesn't change your decision.
