Well, that was quicker than I expected. I'm still willing to wait a second to determine which basestar will be fired at. Since it's a nuke, it's not an everyday thing. Hopefully I'll be home by 8pm board time. That is the deadline. Continue to discuss.

YES I effed up, I'm sorry. (I'm not a Cylon, I'm just incompetent.)
I was thinking the raiders move clockwise, hence hitting the basestar (and hopefully the raiders collaterally) in Sector 2 would be better to protect the civvies in Sector 4.
But I just re-read the rules, and they move closest to the civvies FIRST, and then only move clockwise if it doesn't matter which way they move.
So with a civvie in Sector 6 I should shoot the one in Sector 1, yes?
It looks like the GM is generously allowing a re-think on that... fine I'll wait I'll wait.
(Shoulda just checked the civvies; got excited about using my ability.)

I thought the same thing the first time I played.

Yes.

Drunken Sailor changes his mind.
Yes
But has a fellow Military man to confirm the order. Helo, you are such an enabler.
(I was NICE this time, only because I have made the same mistake about the clockwise thing.)
The roll is:
7!
plus 2 for the SP is a
9!
That is a confirmed
DESTROYED!
and, you get the added bonus of killing up to 3 raiders in the same sector! Alas, you only have two there. Seems like a waste of a nuke then. But those two raiders in sector one are also
DESTROYED!!
Next action is scout the crisis deck. This two is a roll of the die, and the SP card can help the drunken sailor out.
Interrupts for die roll for scout crisis deck (SP's)
Boomer: pass
Zarek:
Helo: pass
Tigh:
Chief: pass
Apollo: pass

This two is a roll of the die
I hope that by
two
you mean
too.
Yes. Sorry about that. Didn't proof read. Had to dash to work.

I am on the internet
at home!
and passing on interrupts.
oh wait! I have a
purple 3.
Let's plan this scouting mission strategically.
BSG
Excellent (on both the play AND the home internet access!)
We have a die roll that is:
8!
Add to that the two of the SP, and you have one clairvoyant drunk! Wooo! Admiral must have ate the worm!
Details of the top crisis card will be sent to the Admiral shortly.
BSG
Admiral scans the DRADIS information being sent back from the raptor, makes a bizarre, horrified squeak, and instructs Mr. Gaeta to set course in another direction.
(I bury the card.)
