According to the Instruction Booklet, the "Space Areas" are the six quandrants, so I'm thinking we don't bother with trying to pass this one.

So this card essentially doesn't affect us at all!

That's how I read it too. An interesting idea. Fail a check intentionally. So say you all? Send me CO's that say as much, and we can make quick work of this check. Unless you want to spike it to pass it. um. not sure what that will give you, but hey, cylons do crazy things, right?
