Sorry for the delay in sending Helo's cards. I was running late for work this morning, and ran out of time with the sleeper phase and all. Helo has his card draw now.

I believe so, the secrecy rules don't say anything directly against it. For me the main argument is that President Zarek can certainly accuse you of not choosing the plum destination he left; it just wouldn't be fair if you couldn't return the favour. (Or, of course, it could be hairpats and monkey grooming all round.) Still, no harm in waiting for the moderator to say if he has a problem with it.
