I can get there in three turns, with the right cards.

Turn 1: Ambush. Basestar activates, damages Galactica.
Turn 2: Heavy Assault. Basestars attack Galactica - 3 damage total.
Turn 3: Fulfiller of Prophecy. Basestars activate - up to 5 damage. The current player choose the OR option, which sees this Crisis Card discarded after the activation, and a new one drawn.
Turn 3a: Reqeusted Resignation. Basesetars activate again, bringing Galactica up to 6 damage - Galactica destroyed!

Oops. In classic "Newbie" fashion, I've made a mistake in the e-mail. There will be heavy raider added to the board in Sector 1, thanks to the lovely mother ship there.

Which means, ND, we kinda played the game wrong the other week. Oops.

First orders are for interrupts. Blue is already positive, so we only need to pass or play on ICs. And by 'we' I mean Zarek and Chief, as the only players to have drawn Yellow to date. Chief, you mentioned you had an IC. This is a fairly tough check, with difficult colours. I'm in favour of you playing your IC now, if you're so inclined. (I pass on interrupts, of course.)

(If anyone has a DE and is willing to play it if we reach 8 or 9, you can send COs to omnis.)
