Most people is pretty quiet right about now. Me, I see a stiff -- one I didn't have to kill myself -- I just get, the urge to, you know, do stuff. Like work out, run around, maybe get some trim if there's a willin' woman about... not that I get flush from corpses or anything. I ain't crazy.

Technically, it's 3 and up, but I assume 5 or 6 would work better. I assume anyone interested would be in here, but should we post something in Press?

Five or six is optimal, but four works fine. With four players, we'll have one Cylon and a Sympathiser.
I'd say that at this stage if we were to get a fifth (or sixth) it'd have to be a ringer. If anyone happens to have a gaming partner in meatspace who might be interested in giving BSG a go, by all means invite them. But I don't think it's necessary to hold things up waiting on it.
Edit: posting in Press is a good idea too.
