Oh. Yeah. The other HUGE thing about L.A. Noir? Every single object in the game will be interactive. Every book, every bottle, every scrap of paper. Any of them may be clues.
Every. Single. Object.
I think it's supposed to have major advancements in conversation trees too, but after the readable faces and universal interactivity, conversation trees seem small potatoes.
Every. Single. Object.
Good God. Pete can never, ever have this game. Because he would never, ever stop playing.
(Actually, he hasn't been playing that much RDR, because he's on a deadline.)
L.A. Noir has been on my shopping list for a long time. However, it has had a troubled production. I won't make a final buying decision until I'm able to see a lot more of the game.
However, it has had a troubled production.
With that kind of goal, I can see why.
As soon as you're not under deadline, we'll have to play some RDR Live, Pete.
I'm so behind the curve. I'm still working around to buying Mass Effect 2. Also Bioshock 2.
Hell, I don't even own any Halo game AT ALL.
I own Gears of War 2. I even purchased it the day it came out.
It is still in the shrink wrap.
My schedule sucks.
I think the last computer game I bought was Age of Empires II. I do, on the other hand, own over a hundred board games.
Why am I posting this here: [link] ?

The DH has been playing Saints Row 2. He doesn't know it, but his avatar is Jilli.
His av's a female with long straight black hair, and she's wearing a long black and pink skirt, a black Victorian top, black and pink Victorian boots, fingerless black gloves with pink bows, and a black top hat with pink ribbon.
It's kinda funny watching Jilli run around Chicago tossing grenades and shooting gang-bangers.
