I found it. It's completely different. It's still a series of islands, which is similar, and a small handful of major landmarks seem to be in roughly the same place, but it's clear just from looking at that map there's no way in which knowing the Liberty City from GTA3 would help you know the layout of GTA4. At all.
Also, it's at least an order of magnitude bigger and more detailed.

I'm guessing these are FG 2.0 licenses, yes? 2.0 has been the main offering for at least a year, I think.

I think Omnis was kicking in for a license too. I was going to keep at least one full and one lite on machines at my place so I'll take two of the shares, then I think the second lite will go to Omnis.Unlike my beer, One lite for me please. What's my share then?
