You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Well, this is proving enlightening.

Isn't it though? You should've networked those computers a long time ago.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

If Apollo doesn't check the thread before he goes to sleep tonight it's possible we won't see him for a while. He has a very full day tomorrow.

In that case, I really just need him to confirm his COs. I think I can interpret them well enough. I also have COs from Helo:

Destiny: P1, B5
Zarek: G2
Adama: P2, P4
Boomer: R4
Apollo: no cards
Helo: P1, P2

Tally: 15 - 6 = 9. Fail! Unless it's an emergency. Helo certainly thinks so. Helo plays a DE-3. Difficulty is reduced by 2 - the check passes!

The jump prep track advances by 1. There is also a jump icon on this Crisis Card, so it advances by another 1. That concludes Helo's turn. President Zarek, I'm sending you your card draw. When you're ready, please post your move and action.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Dad, we gotta over throw the president. Frack. I'm glad I made it an open check.

I think first we need to get him into the brig. Either way we have a bad thing going on.

We are now at a point where we can force a jump, but it looks like a Cylon is going to be in control this turn. Even if we don't roll above a six on the forced jump we can afford the 4 population loss.

The next turn is going to be dicey at best.

You're actually at the point where you risk 1 Population loss. The 4 refers to how far advanced along the track you are.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

BSG

Ha! I knew it. Now I just hope we're not completely frakked. I have a feeling the president's turn is going to be interesting, to say the least.

Good job making that check be in the open, Apollo. It chased both Cylons into the light. Glad I had enough cards to hit our target. (And that we didn't waste any cards freeing the toaster from the brig, despite her pleading.)

"Isn't it gloriously satisfying to be right, Helo?"

[draws a gun and shoots Admiral Adama several times in the gut]

"Now perhaps you ought to attend to your Admiral. He looks unwell."

[sighs, as the marines are making a move to grab him] "You know, I had almost come to grow sorry for the humans, but the times I actually tried to help was when the accusations started flying. Since before now, none of you complained when I was actually serving the Cylon cause I may as well do that more openly. I hope you enjoy my 'performance.'" [awaits being thrown out of an airlock calmly]

(I play my Loyalty card: You Are a Cylon - Can Send Someone to Sickbay Action: Reveal this card. If you are not in the Brig, choose a character on Galactica. That character discards 5 skill cards and is sent to Sickbay.)

And I wake up on the Resurrection Ship, I believe. Billytea, I'll email you my discards.

Apollo, let's do hope you're indeed not another agent, Number Eight's desperate protestations aside (although I honestly can't tell if she's really an Eight or just terribly bitter). I believe you have the Presidency now. ((You can probably work with the Quorum deck more aptly than I did in any case.))

((Nothing personal of course, NoiseDesign---or Kalshane. *smile* Being very new to this community, it's been hard for me to discern between combative tone of the players and combative tone of the characters. I've honestly felt a little picked on--as opposed to Zarek, who of course should be picked on liberally even if he wasn't the Cylon--so I don't want you to feel the same.))

((I can't speak for everyone DQ, but I think the hostilities are all in-game only. I honestly feel bad that Laga has been pretty much stuck in the Brig for half the game, but unfortunately keeping her there was the logical choice. Nicely done reveal, BTW.))

Note to self: save gloating until after the bad guys have been dealt with.

"Helo to Sickbay, we need a medical team to CIC now! The Admiral is down."
