I'm so sorry, but if it makes you feel any better, my fun-time-Buffy party night involved watching a robot throw Spike through a window, so if you want to trade... no wait, I wouldn't give up that memory for anything.

Very well! First things first, the cards played into the check are:

Yellow 1
Green 2
Green 2
Green 3
Green 5
Purple 1
Purple 1
Purple 1
Red 1
Red 5

Tally: 16 - 6 = 10. Check passes, Apollo stays free. There's no jump icon and no Cylon ships, so that concludes Apollo's turn. He has 11 cards left, so must discard one. Due to his weakness, this discard is... random! You lose...

R1. Bah. Where's the fun in that? I've been waiting for this all game and this is what I get? Recount!

Ahem. That concludes Apollo's turn. Helo, I'm sending you your card draw. When you're ready, please post your move and action.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

BSG

I'll stay put and play a G1 XO on Apollo.

Let's get Galactica back to normal.

That round pretty much convinces me we've already got a toaster in the brig.

Apollo, you have received an XO. You may either move and take an action, or not move and take two actions. When you're ready, please post your orders.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

BSG

I'll stay put and play my repair card to get our ship back to 100%. Clearly, something a toaster would do. Not sure about my second action.

Repair-2 played, Armoury repaired. When you're ready, please post your second action. (You may pass on a second action.)

Apollo uses his second action for nappy times. That concludes the XO. Meanwhile, Helo's had a thought. Couldn't you jump faster if you gave the computers... more power? t grunt grunt grunt

Helo, when you're ready, please post your choice.

Ouch.

If we pass the check, we'd be only one jump prep from winning the game. (If I'm reading it right. It looks like we get one jump prep from the crisis itself, and a second if we pass it, for a total of two.) But I can only help a little with the check.
