I think we're not in too bad of shape on fuel, but we could always get hit with a crisis or two (or lose a civie) that could make it more urgent.

I would really hate to kill another raptor. We are already down to half of them. Too bad the re-roll was used, and in vain. I'm leaning to option 2, but certainly open for debate.

If you choose the die roll, you have a 5 in 8 chance of losing Fuel. With an SP, it would be 3 in 8.
