For his first action, Apollo uses his CAG, which grants six RSV activations. Let's run through them:
1:
Move a viper from Sector 4 to Sector 5.
2:
Attack raider in S4 - 6. Hit!
3:
Attack raider in S4 - 7. Hit!
4:
Attack raider in S6 - 6. Hit!
There are now no raiders in Sector 4, one raider in Sector 6 and Apollo has two activations left. I need to pause here to confirm with Apollo his remaining orders.

Hot damn! Some fireworks out there tonight! Sorry couldn't get the heavy raiders. At least they don't attack civvies. We just need to stop them before they board. We still have sector 3 to deal with!

That is tough. They both just played, so no time to easily restock on the cards. I hate to ding one of the discs at top. Thankfully I'm CAG and not President. My the Gods be with you, Mr. Zarek, as you make this tough choice.
I have to discard one card at the end of this turn no matter what.
