Did Apollo already use his CAG ability this game?Negative. And I could not launch them into sector 4 where they are needed right now. I do not think this is the right time to go CAG.

You can't launch into Sector 4, but note that the CAG OPG ability gives you six viper activations. You can activate six vipers once, or one viper six times or anything in between. Each activation may be used to launch, move or fire, in any order as you see fit.

Using your CAG ability takes an action, so you need to have an action to spend in order to use it.

Nukes can't save the civvies. I think Kalshane is right about moving them.
Or yeah, if you xo omnis, he can move some vipers in to cover them.
