Also just discovered that if you start working over a mime, LCPD will arrest you. Dicks.
And yet, we confirmed that they don't care if you mow down dozens of peds like tenpins. What did the mimes do to get all these extra privileges?

In GTA IV news, it is becoming clear to me that the one thing I accidentally spoiled myself for - the number of story missions - may have been wrong. It's becoming clear I have quite a few left to go.
The fact that I don't know if I'm 60 or 90 percent of the way through the story? Makes me very happy.
In other GTA news, I just had the mission which was the bank robbery. The running gun battle with assault rifles versus hordes of police had to have been a nod to the movie 'Heat'. BTW, it rocked. The combat in this game has been so satisfying.
I'm much earlier in the game. I'm just now at the part where you have to mow "Union Leaders" down at the construction site. I'm having a hard time in the last scene. I end up getting myself killed because I'm trying to rush through tons of people shooting at me in order not to let the last guy get away in the helicopter. Do I have more time than I think I do at that point? Can I hide and pick people off at my leisure, or do I need to rush? Advice?
Also, Raq cracks me up. A lot. And I am not even going to grace ND's terrible pun with a response.
Hey, folks: a gentle reminder since I know there are people in this thread who aren't down with the spoilers -- please use the spoiler-font quick-edit instead of hand-coding spoilers to be white.
Now that people can customize the look of the board, you may be trying hard not to spoil people, but inadvertently doing so to someone who's gone to the trouble of matching their spoiler font to the same hot pink as their background color.
Amych, that might be worth posting in Press, since it also applies to all the threads where TV might be mentioned. (I started to list them, but I got tired.)
You're right -- I was thinking in terms of sticking a reminder where I saw it happen, but of course that runs the risk of being too late...
Amych. I didn't even know there was another option rather than "font color=white". Hell, I didn't know you could customize the look of the look of the board. I am behind the times.
I think the quick edit formatting window could do with changing to reflect that.
