BT is checking my math, but I believe I play five cards.

I too believe Starbuck plays 5 cards. I have COs from President Tigh to play 3 cards. A total of 16 cards have been played into this check. Will it be enough?
Summary:
Destiny:
2 cards
Apollo:
1 card
Chief:
1 card
Zarek:
1 card
Helo:
3 cards
Starbuck:
5 cards
Tigh:
3 cards

Tally: 22 - 9 = 13. It is not enough! However, I have COs from Helo to play a Green-4 interrupt to Declare Emergency. The check difficulty is lowered by 2 - you pass by 1! Total distance travelled increases by 1 to reach 7 Distance.
There are no Cylon ships to activate and no jump icon. This concludes President Tigh's turn. Apollo has opted to draw 2 Politics cards with his draw. Apollo, I'm sending your cards. When you're ready, please post your move and action.

I activate the Brig and attempt to escape.

Calling for Investigative Committee or Scientific Research interrupts. Everyone, please pass or play. (Reminder: revealed Cylons cannot play interrupts.)
BSG
No interrupts.
The Goon Squad gets the hammers out, though - increase the difficulty by 2, please.
For billytea (for whom I'm sure it will be only twice as expensive) and other LOTR fans who don't know there's a recession going on:
As soon as I showed that link to my co-workers, Raq, they just asked, "How many did you order?"
Of course, that's half my rent. I could never afford it. But I'll look at the pretty, pretty picture with a smile.

Re: Apollo trying to escape Brig.
Option 1: Don't waste cards on him if either Zarek or Helo can XO me, his card play interference will be limited by me.
Option 2: Throw cards at him to keep him in brig in case he's planning on helping Tyrol with a Super Crisis card.
However, it has to be said, the cards we burn trying to keep him in the brig in Option 2 could also be used to fight against the Super Crisis card.
My recommendation is Option 1, but I'll need an XO stat.

These last two skill checks have exhausted me. Maybe I'm still feeling the effects of all that radiation from Caprica. Not sure. (and by that I mean, I'm out of cards till my next turn).
