Starbuck, if you can XO me I can use my first XO to break out which automatically moves me and then still have another action. Honestly, if people have XOs they are the best bang for the buck when time is really tight.

Hmm. Honestly, it's a crap shoot either way. I can't say which is the better option. Obviously having some birds ready to go is a good idea. Probably more useful than Galactica taking a potshot at one raider frankly.

I'd say blue is better than green; blue is harder to get, get blue when we can. I get green automatically, so when I'm not busy stuffing toasters into boxes and then throwing the boxes into lakes, I can get XOs pretty often.
