Omnis, you state the value of the card you're using to XO because it is played openly.
Sean, you do not have to move anywhere to use the nuke, though getting to the hanger bay as a second action might not be a bad idea OR as a second action, brigging Tyrol would be wise. Very wise, actually.
When you fire the nuke, I will play a P3 Strategic Planning to bump up the result by 2.

I really can't help on the check to brig Tyrol. I don't know if anyone else can, but I don't have any helpful cards left. Let's hope this works.
