You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Madame President is more distracted than usual today.

Romance trumps gaming every time.

edit: heh. I am currently waiting for the rest of the players to arrive so we can play some D&D.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

A debrigging is a skill check, so I'm calling for interrupts, Investigative Committee and/or Scientific Research. Please pass or play. I'm at uni all day, so let's leave it open till I get home (about 2 am board time).

Some people have sent COs for the check itself, thanks for that; the remaining players can do so too if they wish.

No interrupts have been played. I have orders from everyone except the President herself:

Destiny: 2 cards
Baltar: 1 card
Apollo: No cards
Boomer: 1 card
Adama: No cards
Roslin:

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I didn't think my Brute would pull this one out: [link]

Orders from Roslin; she plays 1 card. Results:

Yellow 3
Yellow 3
Yellow 5
Purple 1
Red 2

Tally: 12 - 2 = 10. Success! President Roslin, you are free of the confines of the Brig. Please post where you would like to move, and I will then send you two Crisis Cards to choose from.

I have orders from President Roslin for the rest of her turn:

Move from the Brig to the President's Office (discard a Green 1 to move to Colonial One).

Note: there's disagreement within the official game on whether you can move straight to Colonial One from the Brig. Per the Brig location text you can; per the rulebook you can only move to a Galactica location. This has been clarified by the game's creator, and it is permitted to move to C1, discarding a card to do so.

Since the President is now free, we have a Crisis Card to resolve; and she is once again able to use her special ability (draw two Crisis Cards, choose one to play). She has chosen:

Heavy Assault
Cylon Attack

Per this card, the two basestars placed on the board attack Galactica immediately. I am going to assume no one will play a Strategic Planning interrupt to help them.

Roll 1: 5. Hit! Armoury damaged. Boomer sent to Sickbay.
Roll 2: 7. Hit! Hangar Deck damaged.

Finally, President Roslin has over 10 cards in her hand, and discards:

Yellow 1
Green 1
Green 1

That concludes President Roslin's turn. Dr Baltar, I'm sending you your cards. When you're ready, please post your move and action.
