The Admiral hsa selected Cylon Ambush. You have now travelled a distance of 5 towards Kobol, which means we have entered the Sleeper phase. I am shuffling and dealing out the remaining Loyalty cards.
Boomer gets singled out for special attention. First, she gets two Loyalty cards in the Sleeper phase. Second, looks like her "No Child Left Behind" policy was more of a "you ships keep them distracted while we make our escape policy. Questions have been raised. Boomer has been moved to the Brig.
This means that no Crisis card is drawn at the end of Boomer's Turn. You may still use your Recon ability; I'm sending you the Crisis card. Please post whether you wish for it to go on the top or the bottom of the deck.

A couple of points to note: You have now travelled a distance of 5, and the Jump Prep track has been reset to 0. The Centurion on board travelled with you, of course. Boomer has been moved to the Brig as the Sleeper Phase has now begun.

No, this was always going to happen. Check out your character card. It's part of your weakness - when you reach the Sleeper phase, Boomer is automatically sent to the Brig.
