The Researcher takes a commercial flight to Los Angeles with a connection in Chicago. Then she charters a flight to Algiers and wipes out a few Zombies, taking Algiers off the brink.
Then she draws Chennai (Black) and Madrid (Blue).
Meanwhile, Zombies spread in Algiers (whew), and the Blue Fever spreads in London resulting in an outbreak. Fortunately, it neither causes any other outbreaks nor buts any other city on the brink.
The situation:

So, no change in plans? New York, then London?

Sure. London won't go off again unless there's an epidemic, and even then there isn't a chain reaction set up right now. I'm still feeling good we avoided Algiers outbreaking.

Pass New York Card
Move to London
Distribute Treatment.

Sorry, crazy work schedule this week, and I'm still running a fever, yay!

The Medic heads to New York and meets up with the Ops Expert in a bagel shop, and shares pandemic response information tailored to The City. Then the Medic catches a commercial flight to Heathrow on a Virgin 787-9. Once there, he treats all of London and all is well.
Then he draws Osaka (Red) and an event!! Airlift!
Meanwhile the Blue Fever fails to spread in Chicago thanks to the QS, but it does spread in Paris, putting the city of lights on the brink.
