And all these jumpy villagers! You just draw a weapon, or cast one little eensy weensy inferno spell and everybody freaks the hell out. Just chillax, people! If I wanted to kill you all, you'd be dead by now!

I did EXACTLY that same thing for a while, Sean. I felt bad about scaring my dog (he gets over it and learns to deal with the spells), but was just annoyed by the villagers.
Now they all follow me around asking for a ring. I've finished the main game of Fable and am just sandboxing and hunting gargoyles now.
I'm really, really sorry I accidentally set your store on fire!
On the other hand, I may go evil just to be able to set the bard on fire with impunity.
I'm doing Good first. Then I'll do Good/Corrupt.
It's so weird - I couldn't do Renegade in Mass Effect. It was too mean-spirited. Dark-side Jedi or Sith - a snap! I can be EVIL, easily. Death, destruction, betrayal, sure.
Renegade just felt like kicking puppies. Not evil - just icky. I had to stop after about 15 minutes.
Fable 2 will feel the wrath of my thwarted wickedness.
I have a question that either of you might know the answer to: Do the experience orbs time out? And if so, how quickly? If I'm in a long fight, do I need to stop and collect in the middle?
I think they do eventually decay away, but it's like 30 or 45 seconds - quite a while, relatively speaking.
However, I also button-mash in intense combats, and that accidentally picks up orbs all the time anyway...

I've got some fluish thing. omnis, could you text me if I need to chime in? For the most part I'm staying horizontal and (sob!) I don't have a laptop.
Yikes Laga, get better soon. Ya, I'll text ya when things start rolling again.
I'm feeling much more vertical now.
Good to hear. What was it?
