Ok, Apollo has moved to the Admiral's Quarters, and initiated Brigging Baltar II - The Briggening. We will pause for interrupts, Investigative Committees and/or Scientific Research. Everyone, please post whether you play or pass. We'll start the Skill Check after 12 hours. If you want to send me COs for the check, feel free.

Hey guys -- let me apologize if I have been a pain in this forum. I know I'm an unknown quantity, but you have all been very kind to me as a newbie to the board and I appreciate it. I have only ever meant any of my comments in the spirit of the game; never about any of the players, and I am truly sorry if I have ever come across otherwise.

Likewise, everything I've posted under the BSG banner has been in-game, rather than personal. But *I* tend to take BSG stuff personally, so please accept my apology if anything I said crossed the line.
This game can get nasty around a table. I think it's even tougher this way, with no expressions or body language for the accusation/denial/counter-accusation cycle, and the extended timeline.

based on the article in Wired about Catan, I'm guessing BSG was not a German Board Game invention.
Hopefully I wasn't being too dickish. I was trying to keep it in game (Apollo, Mdm President, etc), not Laga, Raq, Sean, etc. If I was too personal, please forgive me. Was not my intent.
ION (BSG) related. I have a house guest arriving tonight. I had the game set up on the living room floor (most space to spread out). But that is where the sofa sleeper unfolds. It sure was fun transporting the game to the dining room table. That must have been fun to watch.

It's not, it's American. Also, you did not offend me, omnis.
Our game is set up in the gaming room. Which is great, except the sprog can reach it, and is obsessed with the little vipers and raiders.

I have the game set up... in my brain! And a spreadsheet. But mostly the brain thing.

Just to be clear, no one offended me or upset me. Nor do I have a problem with the paranoid nature of the game. The heightened emotion did get to me a little bit, but that's it.

Whew. You ok over there? Had me worried last night.
I am playing Fable 2 at D&K's place. I kind of want to start over now that I have a better feel for it, but I also don't want to have to go through all that early crap again.
AAAARGH! I keep casting spells and freaking out villagers by hitting the B button reflexively as an "Exit Dialog" button. Which it is not. It is the Cast Spell button. Except when it's an Exit Screen button.
I think you can see why I keep getting confused.
